Cammie King Conlon, the actor best known for her part in the legendary film Gone With The Wind, has died at the age of 76. The actor passed away on Wednesday the 1st September 2010 after losing her battle with lung cancer. Although the actor is most widely known for her role in the classic film, she also played the voice of Faline in Bambi, but never had a career in acting after the age of 7.

The actor Cammie King Conlon was born in 1934 in California. Her childhood was an extraordinary one, and she once joked that her career had peaked at the age of 5. Her short acting career will still go down in history, for the important part she played in one of the most celebrated adaptations of all time.

For the rest of her life, Cammie King Conlon worked in marketing. She died in Fort Bragg, California. Her last public appearance was towards the beginning of the 21st century, where she appeared on a TV show as a guest contestant.
